Summer is usually when our wolves roam the farthest. Between holidays, out-of-office replies and a busy den, the pack covered a lot of ground this quarter. Here's where the trail led between July and September.
Project highlights 📱🖥️
LifePlans, a guided life-planning platform
This quarter we put the spotlight on LifePlans, a web platform that helps families prepare for life's defining moments, from caring for an aging parent to welcoming a baby or sending a child to college. Wolfpack Digital designed and developed it.
LifePlans combines expert-built, step-by-step plans and interactive tools with one-on-one sessions with dedicated LifePlanners and a secure vault for the documents families need most. A recommendation engine shapes each dashboard around the person's own situation, so a new parent and someone navigating dementia caregiving each see a different starting point.
We built the booking system end to end, with LifePlanner calendars, slot holds so two clients never claim the same time, Stripe checkout and automatic Google Calendar invites. The vault scans every upload for viruses and lets a family share exactly the right files with the right person. Two-factor authentication for every role, audit logging and accessibility work against WCAG standards carry across the whole product.

Diamond View Analytics, a baseball performance-analytics platform
We also put the spotlight on Diamond View Analytics, a web platform that helps coaches and analysts make sense of baseball's endless stream of data, from launch angle and spin to whiff and chase rates. Wolfpack Digital designed and developed it.
Diamond View Analytics turns game and sensor data into more than 20 visualisation types built around the sport, from strike-zone charts seen from the pitcher's and the catcher's side to a full-3D pitcher-release view and overhead field maps. A conversational AI Virtual Coach opens on any selected chart, so the conversation starts from the exact data on screen, and role-based access means a player sees their own performance while a coach works across the roster.
Under the hood, data comes in through CSV uploads and a third-party bat-sensor source and is mapped onto the platform's sabermetrics model, with every uploaded file kept in a ledger where it can be reviewed, downloaded or removed. Users compose charts into configurable dashboards with their own settings and filters, and an API-level cache keeps those chart-heavy canvases fast as they grow. Admins can switch the Virtual Coach on or off for the whole platform, and a guided onboarding tour walks new users through uploading data, building a dashboard and meeting the coach.

Behind-the-pack peeks 👀
Projects and awards are only half the story. The other half is the wolves who make them happen, and this summer they found plenty of reasons to step away from their screens together.
Engineering Day & QA Day 🛠️🐞
We took a moment to howl for our engineers, the wolves who turn designs and specs into products that hold up in the real world, and for our QA pack, who find the edge cases before users do and make sure every release ships the way it should. Thank you for the care you put into every build. Awoo!

Sweet moments in the den 🍪🍦
The office got a lot sweeter this quarter. The pack rolled up its sleeves for a crinkle cookies workshop, then came back for an ice cream, cookies and chocolate tasting. Results were delicious and very few crumbs survived.

Community Involvement 🤲
Sponsoring WeMentoring #6 with Women in Tech Cluj
In September, Wolfpack Digital became a sponsor of WeMentoring #6, the autumn 2026 edition of the mentorship programme run by Women in Tech Cluj. The programme pairs mentors and mentees for four months.
Partner of FIX Cluj, 4th edition
Wolfpack Digital is also one of the partners of FIX Cluj (Fondul de Inovare și Experiment Cluj), now in its fourth edition. The programme gives teams of two to five young people aged 16 to 26 who study, work or live in Cluj-Napoca up to 50,000 EUR to turn an idea into a startup.
Mentoring students and young founders has been part of how Wolfpack Digital works for years, from Academia dpIT to hackathon judging panels. FIX Cluj puts real funding behind that same instinct.
Gina on the DevTalks stage
On 24 September, Georgina Lupu Florian spoke on a panel at DevTalks in Cluj-Napoca, with Valentin Trif, Head of Business Development, also on site meeting founders and tech leaders.

"You Don't Have to Feel Ready to Start a Company"
On 29 September, Gina was a guest on the SheTech podcast by Andreea, Corporate Big Sister, in an episode called "You Don't Have to Feel Ready to Start a Company." You can listen on YouTube or Spotify.
Our local meetup: "AI takes you from zero to 60 in a weekend. What about the rest?" 🎙️
On Thursday, 1 October, Wolfpack Digital hosted a local meetup in Cluj-Napoca built around a simple premise. AI can take you from zero to 60% of a product in a weekend, and we spent the evening on the part that takes a lot longer.
The panel looked at it from four angles. Dr. Anca D. Goron, founder and CEO of AVA Research and a member of Romania's Scientific and Ethics Advisory Council for AI, brought the research and policy view. Mihai Naș, president of Cluj Startups, follows it across the local ecosystem. George Retegan has lived it as an engineer turned founder, with Baza7 and anseron.ai. Our own Victor Motogna, Head of Engineering at Wolfpack Digital, works through it every day alongside our engineers.
The questions started practical, with how far someone with no development background can realistically get on their own. From there the panel moved to what founders usually run into later, such as what breaks first once real users arrive and how much time and money it takes to reach a product people rely on and pay for. We also made room for teams building internal tools for themselves, and how they can tell whether it's worth the cost.
Thank you to Anca, Mihai, George and Victor for sharing what they've learned, and to everyone who joined us on the night! 💛

Awards & Shoutouts 🏅
3D2Cut places at INNOVENTURE 2026
3D2Cut, the AI-powered iOS app for professional vine pruning that Wolfpack Digital built, took 4th place in the IT & Tech category at INNOVENTURE 2026, organised by Loop Operations. The app teaches pruning through guided courses, interactive simulations and progress tracking.
It is the second time 3D2Cut has been recognised this year, after a Web Excellence Award win in the Apps & Mobile, Education category in January.
In the press
How AI is changing IT teams. On 23 and 24 September, Wolfpack Digital's view on how AI is reshaping the structure of IT teams was covered by StartupCafe, Știri de Cluj and Cluj24. The short version is that people write less code by hand and spend more time checking and deciding, which gives teams more autonomy and raises real questions about how junior developers learn.
Women in STEM in Cluj. On 16 August, Transilvania Business featured Cluj's women in STEM as role models for future founders, Gina among them.
Top pickup and delivery app developers. On 17 August, WhaTech listed Wolfpack Digital among the Top Pickup and Delivery App Development Companies in Romania.

Romania's IT industry could add €40bn to GDP. Our co-CEOs, Georgina Lupu Florian and Adrian Florian, on what that shift requires and how AI is reshaping roles across the sector.
Going Forward 🐾
October is already off to a fast start. After the Cluj meetup, we took the same conversation to Dublin on 5 October for a private evening with founders. The pack also partnered with PROW on Tour Cluj, sponsored the Transilvania Digital Innovation Summit as Silver Sponsor, and is partnering with NCI's Citi upStart programme in Ireland. More on all of it in the Q4 wrap-up.
Thank you to every partner, mentor and community member who spent the summer building with us. Same pack, new season, and plenty more to howl about. 🐺
