Wolfpack Digital designed and developed LifePlans as a web platform with a React front end, a Django back end, and Google Cloud infrastructure. The experience is personalized from the start, with an onboarding questionnaire and progressive profiling feeding a recommendation engine that ranks plans, tools, and resources for each person, so a new parent and someone navigating dementia caregiving each see a dashboard built around their own situation.
The plans themselves are structured programs with step-by-step guidance, interactive tools and workbooks, checklists, and educational resources. All of that content lives in Contentful, so the LifePlans team can publish a new plan or update a tool without a code release. Completed tools can be downloaded as PDFs or saved straight into the vault, turning the work a family does inside a plan into documents they keep.
Human guidance runs through the whole product. Clients book time with their LifePlanner through a scheduling system built end to end, covering LifePlanner availability calendars, a booking flow with slot holds so two clients never claim the same time, Stripe checkout, and automatic Google Calendar invites with Meet links. Reschedules, cancellations, and refunds are handled in-app under clear policies, and a built-in chat keeps the conversation going between sessions.
The LifePlans Vault stores the documents behind all of this, from care plans to legal and financial records, with virus scanning on every upload, labels and folders for organization, in-app previews, and controlled sharing that lets a family member see exactly the right files and nothing else. Security carries across the platform, with two-factor authentication for every role, audit logging, rate limiting, and strict session controls, alongside accessibility work against WCAG standards. Subscriptions, one-time tool purchases, and promo codes all run on Stripe.
