Wolfpack Digital is a custom AI development company that has built software since 2015. We're a senior team of 70+ people in Cluj-Napoca and Dublin, ISO 9001 and 27001 certified, providing full artificial intelligence development services. We've built AI features across a wide range of industries, with fintech, healthtech, e-learning, beautytech, energy and HR among them. We run the whole product cycle, from strategy and design through development, QA and support, so AI ends up as part of a product that works rather than a feature stuck on the side. Because we build AI-native, a working AI MVP can be ready in two to four weeks. That's enough to test with real users before you commit to anything bigger.

What is AI development?

AI development is the work of designing, building and shipping software that uses artificial intelligence to do something useful. It covers custom machine learning models, large language models and generative AI inside a product, AI agents that carry out tasks, and connecting all of that to the data and systems a business already runs. It's what we build for you, and it's what this page is about.

AI development is not the same as AI-native development. AI development is the product itself, the thing we deliver. AI-native development is how we build it now: we use AI at every stage of our own work, from the first product decision through the code and the testing. It's become the way we work day to day. Responsible AI and security

AI products fail in ways normal software doesn't. They can be wrong with confidence, leak data, or be talked into things they shouldn't do. We plan for that.

Every build goes through an evaluation step that checks accuracy, bias, prompt attacks and running cost, before launch and after each change. Sensitive data is handled under ISO 27001 practices and GDPR, with privacy designed into the architecture rather than added later. Our responsible-AI work isn't theory: the Equality AI fairness platform we built won a Webby in 2024.
