Between year-end deadlines and moments worth celebrating, our pack closed Q4 with focus, consistency, and strong momentum! We kept building meaningful digital products, stayed close to our partners, and made space to reconnect as a team as the year came to a close.
Q4 also brought recognition that reflects both our work and our values, from being named Top Artificial Intelligence Company in Romania in 2025 by Techbehemoths and winning three Fall 2025 Clutch Global Awards, to leadership milestones with Alexandra Retegan’s Product Leader nomination and Georgina Lupu Florian’s Regional Finalist recognition as a Diversity Role Model of the Year at the Global Startup Awards. A strong finish to the year, and a solid foundation for what’s next!
Project Highlights 📱🖥️
Here are a couple of projects our team has proudly worked on during the past quarter:
Mobile Application for Viticulture & Vineyard Management
We delivered an updated release of 3D2Cut, a mobile application used in the viticulture domain. The update focused on refining existing functionality to support live demos and test accounts ahead of its presentation at SITEVI, one of Europe’s largest viticulture trade fairs, held in Montpellier in November. This release allowed us to demonstrate the app reliably in real-world conditions and gather strong feedback and early commercial interest during the event.

Healthcare AI Platform (Closed Beta)
We launched a closed beta of an AI-powered medical documentation platform that automates clinical charting by transcribing and summarizing patient encounters and generating structured medical notes in real time, helping healthcare teams reduce manual effort and focus on patient care.
Cloud Data Platform for Energy Operations & Analytics
We worked on the release of the ROAM AI Data Platform, a cloud-based data foundation designed for energy companies. The platform enables teams to modernize and migrate legacy systems to the cloud through secure, integrated data pipelines, supporting data-driven decision-making and setting the groundwork for future AI and analytics capabilities.

AI-Powered E-commerce Chatbot for Product Discovery
We partnered with BookZone, one of Romania’s best-known online bookstores, to build an AI-native chatbot module aimed at improving product discovery and customer interaction.
Designed from the ground up around artificial intelligence, the solution integrates AI models directly into the product’s core architecture rather than as an add-on feature.

Operational Mobility Platform with OCR-Based Contract Automation
We delivered and released a backend OCR service integrated via API into Klass Wagen’s existing contracts management system. Built using Microsoft Azure Document Intelligence, the solution automatically extracts data from IDs, passports, and driver’s licenses, pre-populating customer details during new rental contract creation and significantly reducing manual input for agents while improving speed and accuracy in day-to-day operations.
e-Transport Compliance Platform for Logistics & Transport Companies
LoadHub is a Romanian digital platform that helps transport companies and logistics operators comply with national e-Transport system requirements. In Q4, we expanded the platform with GPS integrations and launched a referral program to support organic growth within the transport ecosystem.

Retail Fuel & Convenience Digital Commerce Platform
In Q4 2025, we continued working with Corrib Oil, an Irish fuel and convenience retail group, on improving their digital commerce and in-store operations. For the holiday season, we temporarily enabled physical gift cards and delivered a stock-tracking feature that allows teams to monitor gift card availability by type across stores, supporting smoother operations during a high-demand period.

Behind-the-Pack Peeks 👀
Wolfpack Digital Designers’ Day
This past quarter, we took a moment to celebrate our Design team, the wolves who shape how our products look, feel, and function from the very first interaction!
From early wireframes to refined, production-ready interfaces, our designers consistently blend usability with visual clarity, keeping the user at the center of every decision. Their work turns complex ideas into intuitive digital experiences that are both functional and thoughtfully crafted!

Howl-o-ween
We marked Halloween with a special, company-wide standup that brought the entire pack together outside our usual team-based dailies! Across offices and remote calls, costumes and good humor filled screens and hallways, turning a simple sync into a shared moment of connection and fun.

Men’s Day
Men’s Day was marked with a relaxed get-together where the wolves took a break from work and spent time connecting outside their usual routines. Good conversations, shared laughs, and a slower pace made space for stories, reflections, and a bit of well-earned downtime together.

Christmas Dinner & Party
Our annual Christmas dinner and party brought the pack together for an evening dedicated to celebrating the past months! We marked our shared achievements, reconnected beyond projects and deadlines, and enjoyed spending time together before stepping into the next chapter.
The night also featured a lighthearted snowflake-making contest, where creativity took center stage as everyone crafted paper snowflakes using only their bare hands. It sparked plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and genuine holiday cheer!

Community Involvement 🤲
Supporting the next generation of builders: Citi upStart Hackathon
This quarter, Adrian Florian, Co-CEO at Wolfpack Digital, joined the official kickoff of the Citi upStart Hackathon in Ireland. Alongside mentors, organizers, and this year’s student teams, he helped set the foundation for a year-long journey focused on building, learning, and pushing boundaries in technology and entrepreneurship.
Being part of this program reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting the next generation of innovators, and we’re looking forward to seeing the ideas and solutions that will grow from here!

A new community partnership: Give(a)Go
This quarter, we started a new partnership with Give(a)Go, a Dublin-based tech community built around learning by building. Bringing together developers, designers, and technologists, Give(a)Go creates hands-on spaces for experimentation, collaboration, and turning ideas into real products.
We’re proud to support a community that has already brought together curious, driven people who learn, experiment, and build side by side!

Transilvania Digital Innovation Summit
We took part in the Transilvania Digital Innovation Summit to actively contribute to the local digital transformation conversation. Our Founder and Co-CEO, Georgina Lupu Florian, joined the opening panel to discuss moving from strategy to action, while Gabriel Olariu, Business Development Manager, shared a hands-on case study on digital transformation and real impact.

Growing at the PROW Conference
Part of the pack joined the PROW Conference in Timișoara, connecting with developers, designers, marketers, and product professionals around what it takes to build digital products with real impact. The event was a great space for exchanging ideas, learning from peers, and growing together as a community!

Staying close to the Ecosystem: Techpreneurs Dublin
This October, we supported the latest edition of Techpreneurs Dublin, staying close to the conversations shaping Ireland’s tech ecosystem! The session focused on “Beyond Founder Sales”, exploring how founders can move from founder-led sales to scalable teams and processes.
It was a valuable opportunity to engage with the local community and exchange practical insights on growth, leadership, and building sustainable tech businesses!

Mentoring future tech leaders
Our mentors Orsolya Bardi, Daria Dorog, and Răzvan Ciuban recently wrapped up a new mentorship journey within the dpIT program. The team they mentored won the Accesa Prize with Pongo, a mobile app that connects pet owners and veterinary clinics through a centralized platform for communication, medical records, and treatment tracking!
It was a rewarding experience to guide students through building a real-world product and to support the next generation of tech professionals on their learning journey!

Sharing knowledge at IT Days
At IT Days 2025, we joined the community to listen, share, and grow through meaningful exchanges of ideas. The pack took the stage with four perspectives and a shared goal: advancing conversations across business, web and mobile development, and product design.
Georgina Lupu Florian joined the Create New Worlds business panel, Victor Motogna explored automating code audits with n8n, while Vica Cotoarba and Cristian Virciu highlighted how inclusive design and accessibility can shape digital products that work for everyone.

Supporting mental health through tech
At the RASG Conference, our Founder and Co-CEO, Georgina Lupu Florian, presented Pamble, one of the most meaningful healthtech projects we’ve built to date. Developed alongside therapists and specialists, Pamble is a clinically validated app designed to support people facing gambling addiction through a structured, step-by-step therapeutic program.
Sharing this project was an important opportunity to contribute to a more open conversation around mental health and to stand behind initiatives that drive real, positive change!

Planting trees for those who help us grow
When technology is in harmony with the natural world, it flourishes, much like a pack that follows the beat of the forest! We have the opportunity to really honour that belief this November by contributing to the environment and celebrating the partners who walk with us. Tree planting is a yearly initiative for us. This year, we planted 37 oak trees in Talpa, each carrying the name of one of our partners, as a gesture of appreciation and long-term commitment.

Navigating change with care at HR Summit
Georgina Lupu Florian also took part in HR Summit 2025, where she joined the conversation on Change Fatigue vs. Strategic Patience, a topic increasingly relevant for leaders navigating constant transformation. It was encouraging to see this discussion resonate across the HR and leadership community, highlighting the need for thoughtful decision-making and sustainable change!

Passing knowledge forward at DevFest
Through our newest partnership with Google Developer Groups on Campus UTCN, we support initiatives that give students direct access to how modern digital products are built in practice. As part of this collaboration, Alexandra Retegan, Head of Product at Wolfpack Digital, joined DevFest Warmup as a speaker, sharing hands-on insights from building and aligning large-scale digital products across disciplines. The session helped students explore how shared understanding across roles leads to stronger collaboration and better product outcomes.
We’re proud to support initiatives that invest in learning and empower the next generation of builders!

Mobile Meetup: Accessibility in Mobile Apps - Crafting Digital Experiences for All
We closed this season of community events with our Mobile Meetup, focused on making accessibility in mobile apps practical and approachable. Orsolya Bardi, Senior iOS Developer, and Vica Cotoarba, Head of Mobile, shared real iOS and Android examples, showing how small, well-considered decisions can significantly improve accessibility without overengineering.
It was a fitting way to wrap up a quarter of learning, sharing, and growing alongside the community.
