The challenge

With Romania’s national e-Transport system becoming mandatory in 2025 and stricter regulations leading to potential fines for non-compliance, transport and logistics companies face increasing pressure to ensure accuracy and traceability in their operations. The challenge was to build a digital solution that simplifies this process and offers real-time visibility for all stakeholders — transport companies, freight forwarders, declarants, and drivers.

The solution

LoadHub.ro is a digital platform built to support Romanian logistics operators in meeting the strict compliance requirements of the national e-Transport system. The platform facilitates the generation, tracking, and validation of UIT codes, ensuring every transport is accurately documented and legally compliant. Real-time fleet monitoring is enabled through GPS integration, giving transport companies full visibility over vehicle movements and allowing for immediate updates. Freight forwarders benefit from centralized oversight of all subcontracted transports, with complete control and transparency across each shipment. Declarants can efficiently generate UIT codes and monitor goods in transit, while drivers are equipped with a dedicated mobile application that enables GPS tracking, document uploads, and real-time shipment status updates.
