Planting trees for those who help us grow - Wolfpack Digital’s Sustainability Initiative in Romania

When technology is in harmony with the natural world, it flourishes, much like a pack that follows the beat of the forest. We have the opportunity to really honour that belief this November by contributing to the environment and celebrating the partners who walk with us. Tree planting is a yearly initiative for us. This year, we planted 37 oak trees in Talpa, each carrying the name of one of our partners, as a gesture of appreciation and long-term commitment.

Sustainability is also embedded in how we operate day to day. Wolfpack Digital is ISO 14001:2015 certified for Environmental Management Systems, reflecting our long-term commitment to responsible environmental practices across our work.

Planting trees for those who help us grow

This is both a gratitude and a sustainability initiative. Our partners fuel our work, challenge us to innovate, and help us bring performance and beauty into the world through technology. Planting a tree for each of them is a way of saying: “Your impact extends beyond digital products, it leaves roots in the real world too.”

A forest that grows with us

The saplings planted this year are now taking root in Talpa, Teleorman, where MaiMultVerde has been actively restoring degraded land for over a decade. Together with 150 volunteers, we joined a long-term effort to rebuild a healthy ecosystem in the area.

The November planting was part of a larger regeneration initiative:

• 15,000 new trees planted this autumn
• 30,000 square meters of land reforested
• A continuation of a 10-year effort to reverse soil degradation and desertification

These new oak trees will help

• Protect the soil from erosion
• Reduce the effects of drought
• Improve air quality
• Restore biodiversity
• Support long-term environmental balance for the local community

Why does this matter to Wolfpack Digital? 🐺

Trees support one another through interconnected root systems, share resources, and stabilize their environment, and it is something we deeply relate to in the way we collaborate, design, and build products.

As wolves, we move with the seasons, we adapt, we protect our territory and we care for our pack. This project reminds us that our future as individuals, as a company, and as an industry depends on how well we care for the environment around us.

A tree for every partner

In honour of the partnerships that shaped the previous year, 37 trees were planted in Talpa, each with the name of a Wolfpack Digital's partner. These trees now stand as living symbols of trust, partnership, and shared ambition. They will grow taller with time, just like the products, platforms, and relationships we build together.
