We've been here before

This is not our first time at the Webbys.

In 2024, Wolfpack Digital won the 28th Annual Webby Award in the Responsible AI category for our work on Equality AI, a platform designed to reduce bias in healthcare AI applications. Gina Lupu Florian and Adrian Florian, our co-CEOs, accepted the trophy at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City. It was a dream come true and a landmark moment for our pack.

Now we’re back, nominated again in the AI category, this time for a completely different project and client. That tells us the 2024 win was not a one-off: Wolfpack Digital’s design and front-end development work competes consistently at the highest level internationally. But the People’s Voice Award doesn’t care about our track record — it only cares about votes. So here we are, asking for yours.

What is Roam-AI?

Roam-AI is an AI-powered platform that helps engineers monitor, predict, and optimise ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) oil operations. The technology is complex, the data is dense, and the decisions users make on the platform carry real operational consequences.

Wolfpack Digital designed and developed the experience layer of Roam-AI: everything users see, navigate, and interact with every day. Our scope covered the full front-end redesign, including UX research to understand the workflows of Roam-AI’s users, UI design to translate complex engineering data into clean and navigable dashboards, and production-ready front-end development that enterprise teams now rely on daily.

The goal was to take a powerful tool and make the experience intuitive enough that engineers could trust it with critical decisions, quickly and confidently. According to Keith Johnson, VP at Roam-AI, the high-fidelity user interfaces were the tipping point that led enterprise clients to choose Roam over competitors.

The wolves behind the work

Every project at Wolfpack Digital is a team effort. The Roam-AI front-end redesign was powered by five wolves who poured lots of work into getting the experience right. When you vote, you’re voting for their craft.

Anca Hangea — Product Manager

Anca kept the vision sharp and the delivery on track, bridging the gap between what Roam-AI needed and what the team built. She coordinated across both teams to make sure every decision served the end user.

Mirona Filip — Product Designer

Mirona translated complex engineering workflows into an interface that actually makes sense to the people using it every day. Her design decisions shaped how engineers interact with critical operational data.

Roxana Popescu — Developer

Roxana turned designs into production-ready front-end code, building the interface that enterprise clients now rely on. She handled the technical implementation alongside tight timelines and real-world constraints.

Bogdan Cadar — Developer

Bogdan worked alongside Roxana to ship clean, performant code. Together, they built the front-end layer that brings the entire Roam-AI experience to life in production.

Mădălina Miu — QA

Mădălina made sure every flow, every edge case, and every interaction worked exactly as it should before anything went live. Her work is the reason the platform feels reliable and polished.

These five wolves sat in user research sessions, debated layout decisions, iterated on prototypes, and shipped the final product. This nomination belongs to them, and your vote is a vote for their work.

What is the People's Voice Award, and why your vote matters

The Webby Awards are the leading international awards honouring excellence on the internet. They’ve been running since 1996, are presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), and this year received over 13,000 entries from more than 70 countries. Past winners include Spotify, Google, NASA, The New York Times, and PBS.

Every nominee is eligible for two awards. The Webby Award is selected by the Academy, a panel of over 2,000 industry experts. The People’s Voice Award is decided entirely by you — no jury, no behind-the-scenes scoring. The project with the most votes wins.
