For Lizzy AI, the challenge was to bring an AI-led screening concept to life in a way that felt credible, scalable, and ready for real hiring scenarios, combining real-time AI interviews, visual interaction through a 3D avatar, and structured evaluation into a single web platform.
For Wolfpack Digital, the challenge was to design and build a reliable web application that could support live AI interactions, interview scheduling, transcription, and scoring, while iterating quickly through multiple proof-of-concept versions to test AI behaviour, interview flow, and grading logic with real candidates before investment.

The solution integrates real-time AI interviewing capabilities powered by OpenAI Realtime, combined with a realistic 3D AI avatar for visual interviewer support. Interview sessions generate real-time transcripts and structured scoring outputs, all accessible through a dedicated management dashboard.
The platform was developed iteratively through multiple proof-of-concept phases, with AI interview flows, grading logic, and avatar interactions tested using actual hiring leads and real candidates prior to investment.
This approach allowed Lizzy AI to validate the product in real-world hiring scenarios and refine the experience based on live feedback before scaling further.
As the product matured, Wolfpack Digital also supported the technical handover and early team hiring to ensure a smooth transition from proof-of-concept to internal ownership.
