On June 18, 2025, Wolfpack Digital was thrilled to host a cozy and insightful evening around one of our favorite topics: Developing Web MVPs with Great ROI — the Smart, Private & Productive Way. The meetup, held in our creative events space in the heart of Museum Square, brought together passionate coders, startup founders, and digital product people for an evening packed with practical strategies, future-focused tools, and engaging discussions. 🤩

Daria’s Intro and Exclusive Insights

Our event began with Daria, one of our talented Web Developers, who is also a great community builder, warmly welcoming everyone and setting the stage for what it takes to maximise ROI on web MVPs product-wise. She followed up with an exclusive interview 🎯 featuring a serial entrepreneur who has successfully raised over $300 million for his startups. The interviewee shared powerful, hands-on advice for achieving great ROI — from making smart, data-driven product decisions to validating early and often before writing a single line of code. At this point we felt inspired to tackle how to get the best ROI for an MVP from other angles too.

Florin on T-Shaped Teams and Scalable Architecture

Next up was Florin, a highly experienced fullstack web developer and one of our Tech Leads, who has been with us for 9 years - esentially, since the beginning. 🙏 Florin offered a practical talk on choosing the right tools, growing the right team, and making architecture decisions that balance cost, scalability, and speed. Florin emphasised the value of T-shaped developers 🧑‍💻 — those who specialise deeply in one area while working across disciplines — to create flexible teams that deliver faster and understand business needs and care about user experience. From leveraging pre-built components to knowing when to write custom solutions, Florin’s advice gave our developer-heavy crowd plenty of actionable takeaways for their next MVP building experience.

Victor on AI and Speeding Up Coding

Victor, our Head of Web Development at Wolfpack Digital and the go-to person for everything web development-related in our company (be it recruitment or initial partner conversations), then rounded out the talks with an eye-opening session on using AI 🤖 to speed up coding and enhance security. His talk covered the pros and cons of using local AI models versus large language model (LLM) APIs, especially in terms of data privacy and costs. Victor showed how thoughtful AI adoption can help teams quickly implement features and streamline their workflow — all without compromising the integrity of the product.

Passion and Connection

After the talks and the Q&A with great questions from our audience, guests stayed on to chat informally over drinks — and enjoy some delicious focaccia — as we reflected on what we’ve learned. What stood out most was the warm energy in the room: it was a real pleasure to reconnect with the same vibe coming from passionate coders and startup enthusiasts that we used to see before the pandemic. That buzz of genuine curiosity and drive was palpable — and reminded us just how strong our tech community truly is. 💪
