QA Specialist
Help us build exceptional digital products by uncovering the glitches no one else can spot, and by owning quality from first test case to final regression. At this level you don't just find bugs — you own the test process and work AI-first to expand coverage and draft automation where it adds real value. This is a hybrid, 12-month fixed-term role based in our Cluj-Napoca office, combining regular in-office presence with remote work.
- Own and maintain test cases, scenarios, and checklists — and make sure no release ships without proper QA and a full regression.
- Verify that acceptance criteria, requirements, and design are met across the whole system.
- Document functional and technical bugs and UX issues, prioritized by severity, and collaborate closely with Developers and Product Managers to resolve them.
- Use AI tooling to expand coverage — edge cases, integration scenarios, test data — and to draft automated tests, with the judgment to know where AI falls short.
- Communicate quality status and risk to the team and, increasingly, directly to clients.

- 4+ years testing web and/or mobile applications, working autonomously and owning the test process end to end.
- Very good testing methodologies (smoke, functional, regression, negative, system, integration, cross-browser, API)
- Solid REST API (e.g., Postman) and database testing.
- Daily, fluent use of AI tooling tests
- Independent client communication: framing quality and risk in business terms and surfacing requirement gaps early.
- Applied product thinking: prioritizing testing by impact, connecting quality to product metrics, and flagging UX issues against design
- Exceptional attention to detail and genuine care for the end-user experience.
