Product Manager
Your problem-solving mindset and leadership skills will play a critical role in driving the success of our projects. In this role, you will have a direct impact on product performance, working with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll be expected to take ownership, make informed decisions, and guide projects from concept to delivery. If you’re passionate about building great products and steering teams toward meaningful outcomes, we’d love to have you on board. This is a hybrid role based in our Cluj-Napoca office, requiring regular in-office presence alongside remote work.
- Act as the primary point of communication between clients, business stakeholders, and the development team, ensuring alignment and transparency at all stages;
- Define product vision and create clear, actionable roadmaps that align goals, resources, and timelines;
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities reflect business value and user needs;
- Lead and monitor development cycles, evaluating progress and outcomes at each iteration;
- Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement by understanding user needs and market context, and bring forward actionable ideas;
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality and scope;
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment grounded in Agile best practices.

Product Manager at Wolfpack
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, Agile environment;
- Proven experience managing external client-facing projects, serving as the main point of contact;
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, coding assistants, agentic workflows) to improve efficiency in research, documentation, and decision-making;
- Strong understanding and practical application of Scrum methodologies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Scrums;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Romanian;
- Solid understanding of modern tech stacks and the end-to-end software development lifecycle;
- Strong business acumen with the ability to assess context, prioritize effectively, and make sound, data-informed decisions.
