As the world started to awaken 🌻, we found ourselves already in a new quarter. With spring in full swing, we started to reflect not only on how fast time passed but also on our past months' significant events and opportunities, each of which has played a crucial role in our journey.  ☀️

For those of you new here, these wrap-ups are basically our way of taking a trip down memory lane for the past quarter. Wolfpack Digital 9 anniversary 🎈

The year started beautifully with our 9-anniversary celebration. 9️⃣🎉 We marked the moment at the office with good laughs and something sweet. 🎂

 

undelucram.ro gala 🎊

Talk about starting the year strong, but how about ending 2023 with a bang?
If you read our previous wrap-up or followed us on social media, you know how thrilled we were to be recognized by undelucram.ro as the #1 Most Appreciated SME by our very own employees!

Being named a Top Employer was such an honor, especially because it's based on real and honest feedback from our amazing team - the heart and soul of Wolfpack Digital. 🐺💖

In February, Vali (Head of Business Development) and Diana (People & Culture Specialist) jetted off to Bucharest for the undelucram.ro gala to represent our company and bring home the official trophy!

 

Delivery Day at Wolfpack Digital 🙌

One of our dear traditions is dedicating a day of celebration to our colleagues from different specializations.
In the past quarter, on Delivery Day, our talented Delivery Manager and fantastic Product Owners were the first to receive our well-deserved appreciation.

We made sure they knew we valued them for their teamwork, passion, and dedication to each of the projects they deliver, but we’d like to take a moment to thank them again for being the masters of their craft and bringing their A-game every single time.👏👏

 

International Women’s Day Celebration 🌸🥂

Our ladies celebrated Women's Day with a night dedicated to creating connections, sharing more about their lives and aspirations, and accompanied, of course, with delicious beverages & snacks.  🥂

 

Crosul Divelor (Diva’s Cross) 🏃‍♀️

The Women's Celebration continued with a charity cross, "Crosul Divelor", a local event organized each year in Cluj-Napoca, with the aim to support "Asociația Oameni Buni", a local NGO that offers support for people with disabilities and oncological diagnosis.

Wearing pink tutus, some of the Wolfpack ladies joined forces for a good cause and crossed the finish line together as a team!  🏁

Achievements worth toasting 🥂

So far, 2024 has showered us with acknowledgment for our work and our involvement in our community, and we're proud to see our efforts being recognized.🎊

• One of the past quarter's biggest achievements was Gina, our co-CEO, being named Ecosystem of the Year at the Central European Startup Awards. Congratulations, Gina! 

• We won a Netty Award for the Best New App together with Juggle.
• Clutch named us a Top Women-Owned Company in the Software Developers, Web Developers, and Mobile App Development categories. 
• Techreviewer named us as the Top Mobile App Development Company in 2024.
• Gina was featured in Kimp's Founder Stories series, where she talked more about the beginnings of Wolfpack Digital and also some valuable lessons she learned along her entrepreneurial journey.
• Cristi, our Head of UX/UI Design, shared some insights about the Product Design Process in one of DesignRush’s articles.

Congratulations to the entire Wolfpack Digital team for making this happen. We're excited to bring home even more in the months to come! 💛

Wolfpack Digital 🤝 Community 

The start of the year brought us not only fantastic awards but also wonderful opportunities to give back to the community.

• Women in Tech Cluj meetup - Gina was a speaker on the "Gender Profitability" panel;
• ENAIP NET - Victor, our Head of Web Development, held a presentation about AI (Artificial Intelligence) to the organization's representatives; 
• MWC Conference 2024 in Barcelona - Bianca (Business Analyst), Adi (Delivery Manager), and Dan (Head of Mobile Development) attended at the largest and most influential connectivity event in the world.
• Women in Tech Cluj March Campaign—We were honored and proud to sponsor this campaign, which featured amazing and inspirational women from Cluj-Napoca. Among them, we were proud to see Ale and Daria, our colleagues. If you want to see all the videos, you can check out this dedicated playlist. 🌸 This campaign started with a lovely dinner, on which Ale, Daria, and Diana represented Wolfpack Digital. 
• Innovation Labs 2024 - One of the most powerful incubators for young entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey. Each year, we join forces with Innovation Labs to help these students learn as much as possible about tech, entrepreneurship, and everything in between. This year was no different, and we are happy to be a local partner once again. 🚀 Many of our colleagues took on active roles in this year’s edition, starting with the IdeaJam, where Victor, our Head of Web Development, was a judge, and continuing with the Hackathon, where Adi, our co-CEO, joined as a juror, and Cristi (Head of UX/UI Design) and Razvan (UX/UI Designer) were mentors. The program continues with three workshops we’re hosting on User Journeys, Prototyping, and Roadmaps.
