As a new quarter has just begun, it's time to count the achievements and blessings of this spring! Q2 of 2021 was a blast and a super busy time for our team. Most of us got vaccinated, our partners visited us, we had some exciting app launches, and we hosted a few amazing get-togethers for both the community and our team.

We met the Trust Index threshold, submitted a Culture Brief, and are now officially Great Place to Work-Certified™ with a score above the benchmark for both medium-sized companies and IT companies in Europe.

Our mission since launch has been to work with inspiring, daring entrepreneurs to bring innovative ideas to life — and to have a positive impact in the community. That's why we supported multiple initiatives:
- Wolfpack Digital became the official partner of the Romanian Fencing Federation, inspired by common values.
- Novartis invited us to join their hackathon as unique tech partners and mentors. We delivered two workshops covering the health tech MVP development process (by CEO Georgina Lupu Florian) and the importance of user experience and analytics (by CMO Corina Știrbu).

Community & Team
- Our Ruby on Rails Spring Internship ended gloriously, with 5 interns joining permanently as coding wolves. We look forward to the summer's Mobile Development Internship. ☀️
- Our CEO delivered a presentation on leadership and motivation to students at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.
- Wolfpack Digital partnered with Rubik to support independent artistic initiatives affected by real-estate growth and gentrification.
- We supported Descoperă-ți pasiunea în IT (the Discover Your Passion in IT Association), a non-profit offering practical education and mentoring IT programs for students and teachers.
- Code for Romania had a Hack Day in our backyard! It was a pleasure to host the first live event in a long while for this community of nearly 2000 volunteers building open-source civic tech.
- Nostalgia Party: our Raksha team organized a Children's Day theme party with 90s and 2000s music, childhood games, and very old photos of us as kids.
We are thankful to gather again after such a long time and excited for three important app launches this quarter — more to follow, so stay tuned. 💪
