Why is a security management certification important for Wolfpack Digital?

Almost 70% of the world population owns a mobile phone, and nearly 60% are internet users — this means we are getting more digital. Soon enough, we will all be connected across all things digital, considering the number of connected devices alone is expected to be around 50 billion sensors, objects, and other connected ‘things.’ 
 
Security is now a whole new world as well! If up until now everyone thought about security being connected with the physical world (say theft), in the past years’ security matters have become a necessity and an integral part of every organization. And now, since we all migrated to work from home mode, the best example of a security breach is given by Zoombombing — businesses, schools, and social groups were randomly interrupted during their video conferences by unwanted individuals joining the calls.

ISO27001 outlines and provides the requirements for a safe information security management system defines a set of best practices, and details to help the security control team manage information risks. To get the certification, we created procedures, processes, and documentation that covered topics such as:
