We transformed and upgraded the existing setup into a robust, multilingual Learning Management System on WordPress, tailored to Otis’ global training needs. The platform supports structured learning paths, interactive assessments, and standardized content distribution through SCORM file import and export.
By integrating quizzes and competitive elements like leaderboards, the LMS encourages active participation and boosts engagement across international teams.
