This is a new role and we are looking for a colleague to take responsibility and shape the demand generation efforts.

Partnerships Specialist
Senior / mid-Senior
Full-time, part-time

Partnering with the CMO, you will bridge the gap between sales and marketing to increase demand program effectiveness and overall revenue attainment. And, most importantly, you are always ready to roll up your sleeves and "make it happen", no matter what type of digital marketing direction you pick in order to identify new partners: marketing automation & nurture campaigns; Google SEM; account-based advertising; remarketing; social advertising; and/or organic social media, etc — Whatever works for you (and for us, of course).


  • Demand generation strategy: define overall demand generation strategy, working through defined targets and budget
  • Program execution: develop and execute high impact, campaigns to generate interest,  lead to high-quality sales opportunities, and nurture streams
  • Plan and execute cost-effective digital marketing programs across multiple channels including SEM/PPC, Paid Social, Display Advertising, and lead-gen pages to reach weekly lead targets by portfolio
  • Content: collaborate with the CMO and other internal teams to build high quality (campaign) content
  • Operations: Design and deploy a measurable marketing engine, including marketing automation (if needed, of course) 
  • Measurement: continually measure, analyze, and report on programs across a variety of metrics, including leads, opportunities, cost per lead, etc. (and optimize on the go)
  • Quickly respond to incoming leads (and/or assign them to the appropriate person in the team)
  • Increased brand awareness by educating prospects on our services and clearly differentiating Wolfpack Digital's competitive offerings
  • Work collaboratively with the management, marketing, and sales team to develop and grow the pipeline to meet revenue goals

  • You are ready to take a job we never had in the team and help us shape it on the go
  • Experience across the breadth of demand generation mix: inbound, digital, social, display, direct mail, events, etc.
  • B2B lead generation and/or sales experience in the tech industry
  • Excellent oral, organizational, and written communication skills, including strong presentation creation and delivery skills -  created content in past roles and can share writing samples and demonstrate writing proficiency through a test project
  • Experience in writing and editing digital marketing and communications content
  • Ability to think outside the box to find new ways to generate interest and excitement among our target prospects
  • Proven track record of analyzing campaign performance including ROI and identifying actionable insights to increase new customer acquisition
  • Startup experience – and the ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Autonomous self-starter who thrives on a team where initiative and innovation are celebrated and rewarded
