wrap-up

Q3 of 2021 came with sunny weather, and we enjoyed spending more time howling in our backyard. Since a wolf's howl carries a long way, we wanted ours to be heard all the way from our den to Hawaii — so one of the highlights of this quarter was our Howl-waii Party with the whole team!

Fun aside, we took a step back to reflect on everything Q3 brought: more offline team events (with safety measures in place), successful app launches, visits from our partners, and many opportunities to get involved in the community, share our knowledge, and host events.

Here are the highlights of this amazing quarter! 👇

A Few Accolades We Are Excited to Share

    • We were featured in the Cannes Lions Award publication among the most extraordinary creative-thinking projects, for work with one of our partners (more on that another time).

Community

We care about our community and do our best to get involved as much as we can. Here's what we did this quarter:

    • Georgina Lupu Florian, our CEO, spoke at Cognizant Softvision's Programmer's Week on the "Women in Engineering — Going Beyond" panel.
    • Innovation Labs invited Georgina Lupu Florian to their Demo Day as a semi-finals jury member.
    • We were a Silver Partner at Techsylvania (our 4th year), which brought world-class speakers such as Aleksandra Babic (Mastercard) and Luciana Lixandru (Sequoia) to its online stages, plus a virtual booth with a 3D tour of our office.

    • Georgina Lupu Florian held a workshop on Lean Development for Descoperă-ți pasiunea în IT.
    • We hosted the Women in Tech Cluj networking event at the office — a great experience meeting the tech ladies in person again.
    • Corina Știrbu, our CMO, delivered a workshop on building a customer-centric marketing strategy at Define School.

    • We partnered with CyclinGo 🚴, a student initiative and startup we support.

🐺 What the Wolves Accomplished

    • We organized a Summer Mobile Internship and are grateful to welcome 4 new team members to our pack. 🐺
    • We joined Strada Potaissa and Centrul Verde 🍃. Our wolves made Andrei Șaguna, a street in Cluj-Napoca, prettier with a few rows of flowers. 🌸

We want to thank all our partners for being part of our journey and, of course, our spectacular team for making Wolfpack Digital such an amazing company! 👏 Q3 left us grateful for every opportunity to become better, stronger, and more involved.

Stay safe, have a fantastic autumn, and see you next quarter! 🙌

With love ❤️, the Wolfpack Digital team
