Q4 Wrap-up: An Award in Paris, Cheers from Cluj, and Powerful Apps Everywhere

Q4 of 2021 came to an end, and our agile ways, as always, urge us to do a retrospective, so as to zoom out, celebrate our accomplishments, and to learn more about ourselves and the world while preparing the grounds for the new quarter. Let's see what and how the pack did during the last three months of 2021. 🐺

🍁 Autumn Yard Sale 🍁

On the first day of the last quarter of 2021, we held our first Autumn Yard Sale - among the colorful trees in our backyard. 

It was an excellent opportunity to declutter our homes and to test our sales skills. And, of course, we couldn't miss one of the last opportunities to spend some time together in our backyard. The best part about the yard sale was that it was another chance to give back to the community, and we donated the profits to a good cause. 

Halloween Day @ Wolfpack Digital 👻

We love Halloween at Wolfpack Digital and we put a lot of passion and effort into it. We had our yearly Spooky Standup, where every wolf presented their Halloween costume, and we rewarded the spookiest of them all. 🎃🥇

A fabulous gala and a spectacular award 🏆

We won the European Technology Awards for App Development, and we couldn’t be more thrilled! We were very proud to represent Cluj-Napoca and Romania at the gala held at the Ritz in Paris, and be recognized and awarded for our passion and results in delivering beautiful and high-quality apps.

Additionally, here are some really exciting mentions we had at the end of the year 👇 :

• We got featured on TechCrunch 
• StartuPill named us as a top fintech company
• Wolfpack Digital was listed on Pangea, being recognized as one of the Top 7% Agencies
• We won the Best UX/UI at CSS Design Awards with Kliner, one of the projects we’ve been working on
• We were #108 in Top 1000 Service Provides in 2021, according to Clutch

A Christmassy Office 🎄🏡

Every chance to gather in our office is special, especially during these challenging times. Because our den is like a second home for us, it was essential to put up the Christmas tree and decorate it properly. We spent a cozy afternoon giving our office a proper Christmas vibe.

Besides building powerful and beautiful web apps and mobile apps, we love to get involved as much as possible in our community, share our knowledge, and have a real impact. 
During the last three months of 2021, we got a lot of these great opportunities: 👇

• Gina, our CEO, was a juror in the national final of Innovation Labs Demo Day
• Dan Ilieș, our Head of Mobile Development, was invited to IT days where he talked about "How far has Augmented Reality gone?"

• Cristi, UX/UI designer, was a mentor at InnoChange Hackathon, organized by Babes-Bolyai University
• Gina, our CEO, was a speaker at the EIT Health online event Mental Health in the Pandemic
• Gina, our CEO, was a mentor at ClimateChange Hackathon organized by SAS UTCN

Annual Christmas Dinner 🎁

Our annual Christmas Dinner is already a tradition at Wolfpack Digital, and this year, the most significant gift we could get was the chance to spend this beautiful evening together. 
We had a very delicious dinner seasoned with engaging activities, took a ton of photos, and got to open the gifts Santa brought us. As you have read by now, we have been really good this quarter! 😉
 

It was a fantastic end of the year for us, filled with innovative projects, brilliant ideas, and successful events, while we kept a strong focus on our health and well-being. 
We want to thank our amazing clients and partners for their trust, our team for their enthusiasm & "can-do" attitude, and everyone who helped us get to where we are today. 🙏

As we enter a new year and a new quarter, we can't wait to become better, get inspired, and be inspiring. 🤩
