Built to fix HTTP's limits. It can translate data to HTTP when needed, but uses a simpler design. That suits low-power nodes, like sensors in factories.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\n\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Bluetooth. A short-range wireless protocol. It's common in wearables that need low power and low cost. It sends small amounts of data over short distances.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\n\u003Cul>\u003Cli>NFC (Near-Field Communication). Rules for sending tiny data packets over very short distances (under 4 cm), one-way or two-way.
