The app development world is vast, filled with all kinds of exciting project ideas and development teams with various specializations. So, connecting the best team to the right project is crucial. Having gone through Pangea’s verification process, we’re confident that both current and future partners can get an accurate snapshot of our team, culture, and skillset.

Joining the Pangea community 🌐

The first step in the verification process was preparing an organizational map that presents our views on various but important topics, such as technology, recruitment, culture, and business strategy.

Next up, we started gathering insights from the team and our partners. The wolves were asked some questions about their career and experience so far. Overall, we’re proud of the 9.6/10 score, but we’re still working on making our colleagues' experience even better.

With our partners, the main topics were their KPIs and focus areas, plus how our work aligned to their expectations. In that regard, we have obtained a score that sits well above the average score obtained by the listed agencies on the platform and got invaluable feedback. Their words mean a lot to us, and we’ll continue to focus on keeping what brings good results and changing what doesn’t. 🤝

While we have plenty of processes that help us ensure an excellent experience for all colleagues and partners, it was refreshing to go through the validation. We got to look at our company from an outsider’s perspective and better understand how they see us. 

Our findings and takeaways 📈

We’re grateful to our partners for the kind words and high scores they had for us. Here are a few highlights:

• “Customer journey” was a 10/10! This means the world for us, as building web platforms and mobile apps often come with highs and lows, and navigating them while focused and on track is not always easy. Luckily, our passion for apps blends well with our partners’ passion for the projects.
• “Process maturity” also got a perfect score! Creating an accurate project roadmap and the processes to support it is no easy task, but we’re ardent followers of the agile model, and we’re happy to see these results.

When all was said and done, it was an exciting experience to look back at what’s essentially a snapshot of our team. From the team health data, we were also happy to see that:

• Culture scored the highest. As each and every person on the team contributes to it, we’re dedicated to creating an inclusive and accommodating environment for everyone.
• The rapport between peers and with management is as strong as ever. One of the cornerstones of any effective team is cooperation and chemistry, not to mention that it makes work more pleasant.
• People are happy with their personal growth. It’s our firm belief that employers have the responsibility to help their teams hone their skills and develop new ones, which is always a focus for us.
